When you need a psychological evaluation to be conducted there is often some type of problematic behavior or concerning issue involved.

Dr. Lawson and Dr. Hays are both experts in the field of psychological evaluations, with several decades of experience.
We are available to consult and to conduct evaluations to help individuals through what can be a very worrisome process.
We serve Harris and all counties surrounding Harris County, and we are available to see individuals coming from the San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas areas as well.
Cost varies. We will discuss with you at no charge what an evaluation would cost once you let us know the specifics of your situation.
After determining together with you what type of evaluation is needed, we will be able to provide you with an exact cost.
Dr. Lawson also conducts individual therapy with adults. The fee for therapy is $200 per hour (60 minutes).
Often, when a psychological evaluation is needed, it is not due to a medical condition, but rather a legal issue. We cannot bill insurance for the type of evaluations which we do, and we are not on insurance panels.
However, we will provide you with a detailed description of services and will sign needed forms, if you are able to submit our invoice to your insurance company.
Clients also have been able to use funds from their employment FLEX account to pay for services of this type.
All fee amounts will be discussed with you in advance. At times there are unusual or complicating circumstances of some evaluations, resulting in a higher fee. Again, this would be discussed with you in advance.
